The total distance of the adventure trail section is about 20 kilometers. There are not only information boards, e.g. on the formation and geomorphological formation of the Eder valley or on the vegetation and fauna in the Eder floodplain. At some places additional experience possibilities are offered. All facilities can be used by all visitors! Salmon, stork, otter and Petro, the rolling stone, accompany the children.
Observe water birds. Determine the water quality of the Eder, the cleanest river in Hesse. Pan for gold on the Eder. Close your eyes and listen on inviting meditation loungers. The Ederauen adventure trail offers something for everyone! Complementary theme trails invite you to further discoveries, e.g. the Wesetal nature trail from Giflitz via Kleinern to Gellershausen.

Start your bike tour on the Ederauen adventure trail with a visit to the Edersee dam and the power plant.
